Are the products available to buy anywhere else?

Can I view a mockup with my personalization before I order?
Absolutely - if you would like to see what the product will look like with your personalized details, just send a message with your personalization detail - (product, colour, text and size) and you'll receive a mockup image to confirm.
Can I request additional design alterations?
Yes, if there's a different font, font size, text placement, or colour you would like, please feel free to get in touch to request it.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Since each item is made to order especially for you, please allow:
- Production time: 2-3 business days
- UK delivery: 3-5 business days after production
- US delivery: 3-5 business days after production
(Total estimated delivery: [5-8 business days] from order to doorstep.)
Why does it take longer than "next day" delivery?
Because your item isn't sitting in a warehouse - it's freshly printed and made just for you after you order. This means zero waste, no overstock, and a product made specifically for your order. Good things are worth the (short) wait!
Do you ship internationally outside the UK/US?
Currently we ship to the UK and US only - sign up to the newsletter to be first to know if we expand!
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible at lana@lanagraceriva.com - since orders can be made and shipped quickly, we can only make changes before production begins.
Can I track my order?
Yes - once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey right to your door.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We're so sorry if that happens! Just contact us at lana@lanagraceriva.com with a photo of the item, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund right away.
